Student-Athlete Nomination Form
- Graduate of Taunton High School.
- Two completed years of varsity-level participation.
- Five-year waiting period following graduation.
- Outstanding individual performance which is reflected in statistics, records, and awards.
- Contributions to the success of the team, including championships.
